Pesto
- 3 packed cups of basil leaves (washed, dried and taken off the stems)
- ½ cup of olive oil (more if you want to save it in the refrigerator)
- 3 small cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grind basil and olive oil in a food processor or blender
- Add garlic and walnuts and grind until you have a paste
- Add salt and pepper to taste
