Thirst Quencher: Quick Homemade Strawberry Soda
This soda is healthy, sweet and delicious, especially on a warm summer day! And you can make this with agave or calorie free with Stevia. You can also make an even quicker soda with unsweetened cranberry juice by adding the sweetener to the juice first, stir, and then add the ice and the seltzer water.
Quick Homemade Strawberry Soda
- 3 cups of frozen strawberries
- Selter or sparkling water (I prefer seltzer with no sodium)
- 1 1/2 envelopes of Stevia or 1 teaspoon of agave for each serving
- Fresh mint
Blend 3 cups of strawberries or sweetener of choice in a blender or food processor. Place ice in glasses and add seller water. Serve with mint or a strawberry imbedded on the side of the glass. Serves 2.
